Farewell to Olga

My friend returned her VW, named Olga, to the dealer this Wednesday. Before Olga goes back to her maker, we took her out for one final drive to the beach for a little sunset and drinks.

Kittens in Need of a Good Home

My friend Andy rescued a couple of kittens about a month ago. One boy, one girl, apparently siblings. The girl has one cloudy eye, but nevertheless, she's very playful, adventurous, and loving. Currently they are being foster cared by my sister and I. We have two cats of our own already.

The boy is very adorable and cuddly. He jumps and plays but is very good natured. The girl, although with one bad eye, is very adventurous, fun, and purrs when around company.

They are the perfect team together. If you or anyone you know may be interested in these adorable little buddies, let me know. I will be moving out with my two cats soon and one of my roommates will have a cat as well. So I'm urgently in need to find a good home for them soon! The ideal is to keep them together, cuz they've been on so many adventures together, and this way they won't get lonely.

Ah, beer. It is one of the major things keeping me very happy in Taiwan. Most of these are not found in the States. Just watch and drool guys!

Mega Design

Last August, I had the fun of creating a logo for a bakery that sold their breads at my parent's shop. When I visited my parent's shop again this January, I saw my logo printed in actual packaging.

It didn't turn out as I expected. But hey, for a free job, it's still exciting to see your design on something real.

More! posters.

More posters today! Since Halloween is just around the corner, I decided to make a gruesome poster. Somehow the thought of combining an arm with a tree trunk merged in my brain and resulted in this disturbing image. I actually really really enjoy making horror posters! I'm sure there will be more in the near future.

I'm also making a mystical pie poster for my awesome pie maker friend. She gave me her vision and I'm trying to make it come alive. It's also good practice for when I have real clients:) although i am treating her like a real client now. This makes unemployment fun ^_^
